WHAT KIND OF
SOFTWARE OR COMPUTER DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INTERACTIVE COACHING
PROGRAM?
You need an
internet connection and you need a media player that will play .mp3 files. First, the most popular player is available here: Windows
Media Player.
There you will find a version for either PC or Mac users. It's free and easy.
Second you'll need a healthy internet connection. The lesson videos,
visualizations and Turbo Tap sessions are all streaming video. All of them
should be accessible to everyone, though a dial up modem may have longer
download times.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE INTERACTIVE COACHING PROGRAM?
Within the
first three days of your payment you no longer wish to participate, you'll be issued an
immediate refund. If you would like to cancel
within the first seven days, we will issue a 60% refund. After that time, we
will only be able to stop your upcoming charge before your next cycle. *Gold, Platinum,
Diamond packages will be converted to down to Silver/Gold packages and will be refunded

MY
VIDEOS AREN'T PLAYING RIGHT OR NOT AT ALL. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?
It sounds like your videos aren't buffered enough before they start playing. Look inside the small white bar, below the time-code of any video player controls on your page. To the right of the red slider, there will be a very small red bar. That small red bar is your download progress indicator. If you look at Denise's video (not Nigel's) on the
Introduction Page, you will see that the red bar is loaded or loads quickly. Find the progress indicator on your other videos and see how quickly/slowly they are uploading.
Even at the slowest dial-up speeds, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to
completely load every video on a very large lesson page. As long as the progress indicator on any given video is at least 1/2 loaded, you should be able to view the video in it's entirety.
Sadly, we haven't figured out how to get the lesson video to be the first video to load. Most browsers load the videos in a random order.

IT WON'T LET ME LOG
IN AND SEE MY DAILY LESSON. WHAT'S WRONG?
It's most likely
that you've improperly input your email address or password. Carefully retry.
You can tell you are logged in if the login form says, "Successful
Login" and in green type above the
email input field, "Hello,
YourFirstNameHere."
If you see your first name there, then you are logged into the site. You will
then have to click on the link in your email again to be sent to your Weekly
Lesson Page.
If you still have
difficulties, request your password mailed to you. There is a link on the Login
Page, just below the
password field.

I CAN GET INTO THE
GRATITUDE LOUNGE, INTENTION CAFE, MANIFESTATION CELEBRATION AND ASK DENISE, BUT
I CAN'T POST ANY MESSAGES THERE. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?
You'll need to
set up a second username and password to access the forum-oriented pages. Just
click "Register" near the top of any forum frame. If you've
already registered on the Free
Forums, then your
username and password will be the same. HINT: When setting up your username
and password for the forums, you should use a similar username and the same
password to keep things simple.

WHEN I CLICK THE
LINK IN MY DAILY EMAIL, IT JUST SENDS ME TO THE LOG IN PAGE. WHY ISN'T IT
WORKING?
Everything is
working. You'll need to login and then re-click the link in your email to see
your lesson. This is a limitation in our Username/Password system that will be
hurdled in the next few months.

MAGNETIZER FROM THE ONLINE STORE AND WHEN I PLAY IT, I DON'T SEE ANY VIDEO. WHY
NOT?
Because it's only
an audio file. Any media file with the file extension .mp3 is an audio file.

You're not alone.
No one can see the video in the Vibrational
Classroom. That's
because it's an audio file. Your daily lessons, as well as, the Hold The Note
Visualizations and Turbo Tap Sessions are all videos.

I'M
HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING MY MAGNETIZER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please follow these instructions (straight from
the tech guy...very thick glasses, very pale, gaunt, pocket protector and
everything):
"Click on the link in the confirmation email.
Allow the web page to load fully. Click on the link on the web page once (not a
right click, just a regular click). A prompt box will appear. You may choose to
"Open" , "Save" or "Cancel". Choose
"Save". A second dialog box will appear. Depending on the version of
windows/OS that you are running, this window will look different. Select a
location on your computer (preferable the desktop) where you'd like to save the
mp3 file. After finding the location, click "Save" on the second
dialog box. Your download will begin. When the download is complete, click
"finish". Then go to the location folder (preferably the desktop) and
double click the newly saved file. It will begin playing in your designated mp3
player." Straight from the tech guy's mouth.
